Terms of service.

These are the terms governing the use of jobs.vulnu.com ("the site", "we", "us"). By posting a listing, subscribing to alerts, or browsing the board, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

jobs.vulnu.com is operated by Vulnerable U. You can reach us at jobs@vulnu.com.

2. Posting a job

When you post a role, you agree that:

• The role is real, open at the time of posting, and you have authority to advertise it.
• The content you submit is accurate — job title, description, location, salary, apply link.
• The role fits the cybersecurity-adjacent audience we serve. We reserve the right to decline roles that are off-topic, deceptive, discriminatory, or violate applicable labor laws.
• You won't use the site to advertise "crypto" / "web3" / NFT roles, MLM-style opportunities, unpaid internships presented as employment, or placements from staffing agencies that obscure the actual employer.

We review every paid listing before publishing. If we decline, we refund the full amount.

3. Pricing

• Standard listing — $500 USD, visible for 30 days.
• Featured listing — $1,500 USD, pinned for 30 days.
• Sponsorships (Anchor, Category, Team Spotlight) are quoted individually.

Prices are subject to change; any change applies to new orders only.

4. Refunds

Our refund terms are on the Refund policy page.

5. Job alerts

Candidates can subscribe to alerts. Every alert email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We'll never send unrelated marketing to the email addresses you provide.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, overload, or try to bypass our rate limits. Don't use the apply-redirect endpoint to laundering click counts. Don't impersonate a company or list a role you can't fill.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, branding, and code are owned by Vulnerable U. Job content is owned by the company that posted it; by posting, you grant us a license to display the content on the board and syndicate it through our newsletter and partner feeds.

8. Disclaimers

We provide the board as-is. We aren't party to the employment relationship between employers and candidates, we don't vet candidates, and we can't guarantee a role will be filled. Use common sense.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any dispute is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may remove a listing, suspend an account, or decline future orders if these terms are violated. If we remove a paid listing for cause within the first 72 hours, we'll refund it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days in advance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction for Vulnerable U's place of business.
